Renew Interactive Trainings and Education came from our desire to work broadly across our community to help affect positive change for many of our most vulnerable populations. As educators, administrators, group facilitators, directors and clinicians we choose to work with our peers to share our insights and bring best practices alive with highly interactive trainings. ​We value learning. Our Team

RENEW Interactive Trainings and Education, R.I.T.E, was born at the intersection of Recreation Therapy and Experiential Education. 
Kelly Swan
PRESIDENT
Kelly's expertise is in substance abuse, cultural competencies, and group facilitation, with many years of experience as an administrator and program manager in the for-profit and non-profit sectors. As a Certified  Alcohol and Drug Counselor (#00370-C), a graduate of the CSH Supportive Housing Institute, and an experienced national trainer, Kelly brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in support of the RITE mission.
Rob Henderson
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Rob's education and training are in recreation and experiential therapies and organizational and behavioral development.
As a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and with several years of experience in executive leadership and academia, Rob brings a strong and unique skill-set to the RITE Trainings team.
Casey Ross
TREASURER
Casey is a nationally certified Interventionist devoted to helping families and individuals with substance abuse and mental health challenges. Casey has years of marketing and social media experience, as well as a strong background in business development.
Heather Henderson
SECRETARY
Heather specializes in RITE event planning and coordination and other administrative assistance, including marketing and social media support.
